Welcome to Complete Driving Experience LLC (“CDX”). By enrolling in any course, scheduling appointments, purchasing services, or participating in any CDX program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all CDX Terms, Policies, Liability Waivers, and Purchase Agreements.
Complete Driving Experience LLC is a licensed Washington State driving school providing:
• Teen & Adult Driver Education
• Behind-the-Wheel Lessons
• Knowledge & Skills Testing
• Neurodivergent & Accommodated Instruction
• Defensive Driving Courses
• Post-Injury Driver Rehabilitation
• Confidence & Anxiety-Focused Driving Support
Students must meet all Washington State eligibility requirements, provide accurate information, maintain valid permits/identification when required, and follow all instructor safety directions and school policies.
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
• All sales, deposits, and payments are final and non-refundable.
• Payment plans must remain current to continue services.
• Missed payments may result in suspended services and additional fees.
ATTENDANCE & SCHEDULING
• Students/parents are responsible for scheduling and managing appointments.
• Knowledge exams/classes allow a 5-minute grace period.
• Behind-the-wheel lessons allow a 10-minute grace period.
• Late arrivals, missed appointments, no-shows, or late cancellations may result in fees or forfeited sessions.
TESTING
• Students must have access to their Washington License eXpress account during testing appointments.
• Knowledge and skills tests are electronic and completed on personal devices.
• CDX does not guarantee passing scores or issuance of a driver license by the Washington DOL.
STUDENT CONDUCT & SAFETY
• Students must behave respectfully toward staff, instructors, and other students.
• Unsafe behavior, cheating, impairment, harassment, threats, or refusal to follow safety instructions may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
• Driving instruction involves inherent risks, and participation is voluntary.
